We are all beautiful, strong women and we need to start seeing ourselves that way.
How was your first ever boudoir experience?
This was an incredible experience… and it has to be referred to as an experience. This isn’t just a photoshoot. It is a whole day experience, meant to be embraced and enjoyed.
It is meant to be walked away from, holding the entire thing closely and to take the time to examine how you feel before, during, and after. It is something that is meant for the person doing it… not because they want to give something to someone else (although this is a positive side effect), but for them to do for THEMSELVES.
And maybe they wont know that until they do it, but I hope they realize it once they are done. This is for them. And it will change them.

Were you nervous about your boudoir session? If yes, how was it?
I was more nervous to book it, once it was booked, it was like “well, here we are, might as well go full send”
There was a moment when I put the first outfit on and walked out that I was panicked, but again, said to myself, we’re here, full send, lets go.”
What are you taking away from this experience?
Ain’t no one telling this queen SHIT anymore. LOL
I told Nikki when going through some photos… I walked in with this bare minimum expectation – that I wanted to like ONE SINGLE photo, and in my head it was going to be a silhouette photo. (you know, the one where you wouldn’t really actually see any of my features/flaws, just curves) and I walked away with a photo that showed me EVERYTHING and I LOVED IT and I was blown away by it.
I finally got a glimpse of how others see me… and I love it.
Which set(s) did you utilize & which was your favorite?
Bonus Points: What made you choose the sets that you did?
I used the bed, the throne, the mirror, and the tub.
I wanted the bed because that was the safe bet to me, it felt like a good place to start. I picked the emerald couch, but Sam and I agreed eventually that the throne was a better fit for what we wanted.
Lastly the tub, it caught my eye when she first got it… and because I knew it was going to push me even more out of my comfort zone.
If you utilized the payment plan for your collection, what would you tell your friends about it?
Was it helpful?
It helped me make the decision, knowing I could break it up and kind of lighten the punch haha
What was your favorite part of your boudoir experience?
EVERYTHING!
Maybe reviewing my photos and seeing myself in such a different light was the top, but the pampering with hair and makeup, having fun during the shoot, the massage after, and then the reviewing of everything at the end. The entire thing was amazing.
